Connect in the USA

Implementation of Connect is underway across the United States through a collaboration between Dr. Marlene Moretti, Simon Fraser University, and the Annie E. Casey Foundation. An implementation and outcomes evaluation is being conducted on nine pilot sites selected to launch Connect. The evaluation will be completed in January 2019.
